This class is exclusive to Yoga Underground created by the director Tammy Tsai. Westcoast Flow is a vinyasa class firmly rooted in the Ashtanga tradition while also drawing from the numerous vinyasa styles taught primarily in southern California. By incorporating all of these different components the result is a class firmly rooted with traditional Ashtanga philosophy while allowing room for playful improvisation of foundation postures and sequencing. Westcoast Flow is electric, vigorous and joyful!
